South African Honeybush (Loose Leaf) is considered the "sister" to rooibos (red tea), and is similarly high in antioxidants. Davidson's South African Honeybush (Loose Leaf) is a full-bodied, earthy brew with mild, peppery top notes. Davidson's sources its organic rooibos from South Africa. During a recent trip to visit our rooibos farmer, Davidson's co-owner, Kunall Patel, had the opportunity to experience each phase in the rooibos production process. Here he is with a small bundle of fresh honeybush in hand. Ingredients: Organic South African honeybush. Steep for 5 - 7 minutes. |

Pu-erh Black has a rich, fragrant flavor profile with a mellow finish. Pu-erh Black is actually Shou Pu-erh, which differentiates itself from Sheng Pu-erh by its fermentation process. Shou translates to "cooking" in Chinese, and refers to the process of expediting fermentation with added heat and moisture. In this way, Shou Pu-erh is categorized as a black tea, whereas Sheng Pu-erh is a green because of its raw, uncooked nature. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Ingredients: Organic pu-erh tea. |
