We are self-taught artists who create work inspired by healing, nature, travel, and personal experiences. Growing up, art became a way for us to process emotions, express ourselves, and create spaces that felt meaningful and comforting. Our first “gallery” was our college apartment, which we transformed with our own artwork and nature-inspired design and the power of the feminine. Chicago based singer/songwriter Matthew Frantz is a maverick in the indie/freak folk music world. Not easily pigeonholed, Frantz-s music is soulful, honest, gritty and relevant to what-s going on in the world now. Matthew Frantz released his debut album, -Odessa Days- mid 2012. It features a broad spectrum of Americana/Indie/Freak Folk music, from the melancholy -Silver Dollar Stream- and -Docks- to the driving and dark, -London Honey Bee- and the emotionally epic -Epic Of Harvey Dylan-.

He tours extensively and has performed in concert with the post- punk band, Girl In A Coma, a rare appearance with Tom Waits in Sonoma, opened for both Calexico and The Swingtips, and many others.

-After four years of building his repertoire of songs and getting comfortable in his new genre, Frantz is ready- - AMARILLO GLOBE

Homer Marrs and the Excellent Adventure is a Chicago-based indie rock act that might get compared to They Might Be Giants but sounds more like David Sedaris tickle-fighting R.E.M.

A seasoned veteran of the Chicago improv comedy scene, including stints with the Second City Touring Company and GayCo Productions, Marrs started focusing his energies into music in 2011. His debut EP, Prom King (produced by JC Brooks & The Uptown Sound-s Ben Taylor) came out in May 2012 and was supported by a live performance of -The Facebook Song- on Jimmy Kimmel Live via webcam for National UnFriend Day.

\"... ludicrous lyrics, offbeat themes, and impeccable melodies ... You-ll find the zinging songs stuck in your head- - Illinois Entertainer

-Homer Marrs is hilarious -- his voice, perfectly suited to the genre. Each Homer Marrs song is its own universe that either adds new insight to oft-explored cultural touchstones, or spotlights under-appreciated phenomena.- - Chicago Indie Music Live
