We are self-taught artists who create work inspired by healing, nature, travel, and personal experiences. Growing up, art became a way for us to process emotions, express ourselves, and create spaces that felt meaningful and comforting. Our first “gallery” was our college apartment, which we transformed with our own artwork and nature-inspired design and the power of the feminine. Matt Nichols spent several years navigating St. Louis\'s live music scene with his Folk-Rock band while finishing college. As a group, they were fortunate enough to open for a few notable acts such as Portugal the Man, Matt White, and Gavin Degraw. In early 2012, Nichols self released \"Here I Stand,\" which is a collection of genre varying tunes exhibiting their full band flavor; in addition, to the softer side of Matt\'s voice, which has under tones that have been compared to Paul Simon, Van Morrison, and Damien Rice.

Tristan Freides delivers pulsing acoustic music with a depth of lyrics. Growing up in the Madison area, Tristan has always had a passion for music. His goal is to share his music with everyone that is a music lover like himself and eventually be a headlining act on tour. He just recently finished recording a collection of songs titled, \'Playing With Time Travel\' (which is available on most internet music providers) and is looking to start recording on his debut album come fall.
