Anna Ash

All we need to know is that anna is a not far off cousin of the yellowbird. With a lullaby of a voice, her and her friends take stringed instruments and mingle them with a smidgen of soul and a tad pinch of a shimmy and a twang. In the middle of somewhere that---s not on the edge, the middle of something that---s utterly endearing, Anna sits amongst all of the things that could sound like sophisticated, barefoot birthday parties where there are plenty of cupcakes with the right colored sprinkles, but also just enough side tables with lemonade that may or may not be spiked with things to make all the guests dizzy. Any of the yellowbirds perched up in the backyard trees above the birthday party that heard her & her voice, which was probably coming from the kitchen-colored radio, would wonder which one of their cousins finally got captured & heard. They would think that her, their probable cousin, was sensible and brave sounding--- and then they would wonder where she got all of her friends who toe tap and pick and pluck with her.
