Born and raised in Madison WI, Teddy Davenport was first introduced to old time country as a child. He got his first guitar around the age of 14. Right around then he started to search out in the world of music and discovered great artists like Bob Dylan and Jimmy Hendrix. Influenced by many styles, his sound is based in Americana. As he says, "Everybody has a story, I like to share mine in a song."
