Laurel Statz is a painter and Madison area native. Her work, while figurative, is influenced by abstraction and minimalism. The paintings often have a quick and instinctual nature, capturing just what’s needed. While she often times herself to eliminate extra details and over-precision, she has ventured into more detailed works as well. Laurel does not attach narrative to her pieces. Rather, she thinks of them like a journaling process for her scatter-brained psyche. The figures in the pieces are meant to be processing tools for the artist and the viewer. Brian Daly is the singer/songwriter for his project, \"Sunshine For The Blind\". Brian is also an award winning producer/engineer at DNA Music Labs in Madison WI.

Brian\'s solo performances are a stripped down, elemental format with guitar and voice. He makes innovative use sonic effects that combine to create a space that holds the listener and won\'t let go.

His songs are journeys through intense personal conflict and confusion to a nirvana like clarity. The lyrics are evocotive and allusive more than literal. Iimagery in the songs reflects the strangeness of the subjective experience of life.

With arrangements that are unique and imaginative, Brian creates a haunting, transcendent experience that leaves the audience wanting more. Much more.
