This first release for the six local musicians has a strange genre-bending sound full of Gospel turned road house, Folk dressed up as Jazz standards and barely concealing a tainted gypsy ancestry. Just when \"Stars in Your Eyes\" gets you feeling all wholesome and endearing it turns into a stalkers daydream. Blair Clark\'s words and music interpreted by the groups eclectic tastes and made respectable by Claire Kia\'s all grown up vocal style lead you on a wild ride through town, down back alleys and then dumps you out somewhere in the country. Recorded in town at The Sound Garden Studio the CD is down home and up town, local, regional, and universal.
