Pu-erh Black has a rich, fragrant flavor profile with a mellow finish. Pu-erh Black is actually Shou Pu-erh, which differentiates itself from Sheng Pu-erh by its fermentation process. Shou translates to "cooking" in Chinese, and refers to the process of expediting fermentation with added heat and moisture.
