A Red Pine tree was planted at the corner of 212 Merry Street in the late 60s that evolved over the decades into a cooperative household. We are making it a place for comity and creativity; Clarity and the imagination; we change detritus of early 21st century late stage capitalism into art, shrine, paintings, music, sculptures, urban Permaculture and homesteading experiments. We appreciate the used, the worn out, ever crumbling and reassembling; as we all are all the time.

Rose Polenzani and Sharon Lewis are reuniting for a two week tour in the US. Rose, a longtime fan of Sharon's old band Pooka, first brought Sharon to the states in 2004, where they began developing a musical rapport, which they continued to pursue on their UK tour in 2005. Sweet, gentle, and strange, their two voices, with barebones guitar and piano accompaniment, will thrill the listener. They will be selling a limited-run e.p. called "Kings and Queens," featuring live-in-studio recordings from the end of their 2005 UK tour, never before released.
