Victoria Vox, Jamie Holesha and Hayward Williams

Victoria Vox breathes music and knows it. She may not have had much of an audience as a 10-year old growing up in small-town, Wisconsin, but that didn---t stop her from writing her first "dance hits" on a Casio keyboard in herbedroom. At just 17, Vox taught herself to play the guitar while acting the role of foreign exchange student in rural France. "I bought the cheapest one in the store," she chimes! A new instrument and inspirational surroundings turned her away from her keyboard top-40 musings, and encouraged a more therapeutic songwriting method.

In 1997, Vox chose to continue her higher education at Berklee; a degree in songwriting was right up her alley! Her hard work paid off upon graduation when she was awarded a Berklee Achievement Scholarship and the Vince Gill Songwriting Award. After a brief post-college stint in Nashville, the songwriting capital of the world, Vox sold everything she owned to write and record in London. 2002 saw the release of her debut acoustic album. Since then, Vox has been touring across the US and London sharing her songs and her infectious smile. She became a full-time touring artist in May 2003 and performs more than 120 shows a year. She---s opened for national touring acts Ida, The Figgs, and Neko Case. Vox has also self-released 4 full-length albums, 1 EP and has appeared on 4 compilations. She's a DIY queen and the sky is the limit.

Jamie Holesha is a Chicago based singer/songwriter. Her energetic live shows are pulled together by an engaging stage presence finely tuned through a background that includes theatre and broadcast radio.

Musically, she has performed as a solo act for 7 years with 3 years of fronting and writing for her bands prior to that. Imitating none but inspired by many (Janis Joplin, Ben Folds, Etta James, Tom Jones, Kristin Hersh, Melissa Ferrick, Jeff Buckley, Louis Prima, Concrete Blonde, The Pixies), she thrills audiences with a belting, blues-tinged voice, unabashed sarcasm and sweetness, crowd interaction and a genuine love of performing. Her musical sound shines with fractured, pretty chords soaring up from and exorcised out of her 12-string with furious conviction. Not your typical acoustic female performer, she seems to wrap herself around acoustic familiarities and twist them into loud, funny, emotional and gut-wrenching pieces that leave you clutching the edge of the table and deciding whether to laugh, cry, sing along or pick up your own guitar.

Hayward Williams' live performances provide fans with solid guitar playing, soaring vocals and an assortment of interesting and sometimes ironic cover material. His original music blends strong melodies with lyrics that reflect his smart sense of humor. Built on a foundation of folk, blues and soul, his material has been compared to Ryan Adams, Jeff Buckley and Beck.
