A Red Pine tree was planted at the corner of 212 Merry Street in the late 60s that evolved over the decades into a cooperative household. We are making it a place for comity and creativity; Clarity and the imagination; we change detritus of early 21st century late stage capitalism into art, shrine, paintings, music, sculptures, urban Permaculture and homesteading experiments. We appreciate the used, the worn out, ever crumbling and reassembling; as we all are all the time.

Boulder artist Danya River and Texas artist Kristy Kruger are on a two-month 14,000 mile Swing State Tour, hitting 15 battleground states for the upcoming presidential election, performing and offering voter registration.

Texas singer/songwriter Kristy Kruger has been touring the US indepdently for over six years. She recently released her third CD, \"An Unauthorized Guide to the Human Anatomy,\" an elaborate anatomical concept album, that pairs each song with a part of the human anatomy. Recorded in New Orleans with Dave Pirner (of Soul Asylum) and co-produced by Andrew \"Goat\" Gilchrist (modern folk artist Ani DiFranco?s long-time studio and live engineer), the progressive pop/rock album was just nominated for Best Singer/Songwriter Album of the Year by the Just Plain Folks International Independent Music Awards. Fans of Aimee Mann, Ani DiFranco, and Juliana Hatfield will appreciate Kruger\'s lyric-driven material.
