One version or another of the alternative jazz group "The Barbaric Yawps" has been around town for the last 15 years. After several years hiatus, The Yawps return in their latest reincarnation as a trio.

Local veteran drummer & all-around creative musician Tom Hamer (Fuzzy Logic, Vortex) joins electric bassist Uncle Larry Hancock (WORT's late Fri. nite jazz programmer) and Tom Lachmund on saxes.

For this show, The Yawps will perform without a net, focussing on spontaneous interactive improvs without any written songs.
