The present incarnation of Hugh's acoustic trio features once again the stunning soloing of violinist Julia McConahay. A fine singer-songwriter in her own right, Julia finds the perfect platform for showcasing her improvisational skills in the context of Hugh's inventive and philosophical song poems. The result is a high energy performance which is not afraid to also linger in pretty passages. Experiencing ecstasy in your own life is the goal - we're just here to help you along.

A good audience may be rewarded with some celtic fiddling as well. This time we have added percussionist Jesse Greist (yes, another fine singer-songwriter too) adding extra depth and articulation to the rythymic portion of the music.
