April's art show and reception!
Jackie’s Menagerie of Monsters by Jackie Knight. In addition to being a talented artist, Jackie is also one of our baristas! The show will be viewable through April 30 with a reception this Sunday, April 14 from 2 - 4pm.

New Teas!
We've added 2 more new teas.

** Lapsang Souchong Black (Organic) - Lapsang Souchong is a Chinese black tea that creates a campfire aroma and brews coppery in the cup. This tea has a bold smoky flavor with a slight hint of pine. The flavoring qualities of wood allow it to create a campfire like aroma. In comparison to its counterparts, Keemun and Russian Caravan, Lapsang is the smokiest blend of all. Available by the cup in the cafe or as bulk tea at $1.92 / ounce.

** Pu-erh Black (Organic) - Pu-erh Black has a rich, fragrant flavor profile with a mellow finish. Pu-erh Black is actually Shou Pu-erh, which differentiates itself from Sheng Pu-erh by its fermentation process. Shou translates to "cooking" in Chinese, and refers to the process of expediting fermentation with added heat and moisture. In this way, Shou Pu-erh is categorized as a black tea, whereas Sheng Pu-erh is a green because of its raw, uncooked nature. Available by the cup in the cafe or as bulk tea at $2.68 / ounce.
