Barbara Allen’s desire for creative expression began early in life. During college, her passion continued to grow as she explored oil painting, pastels, creative writing, and music. With a degree in Art History, she began her career in interior design, which later evolved into lighting design.
After several unexpected turns along her life path, Barbara spent years working as a substance abuse counselor while also launching a pet portrait business.
